The FISH, like kalamari, octapus, AND cuttle fish are FRESHLY CAUGHT FROM
our boat. Once you have TASTED THESE YOU WILL ALWAYS recognise the difference
from the deep frozen ONES imported FROM THE Atlantic or Indian Ocean. As well,
most of our vegetables are from our OWN garden, the eggs and the milk (GOAT
milk) ARE a local PRODUCT; and -- of COURSE -- LOCAL OLIVES AND OLIVE OIL.
